Common advice on here is to act alpha, not give a fvck but the more I think about it the more I realize how it just applies to every day life.
Look at Donald Trump. Doesn't give a f*** that most of the country hates him. He keeps making his billions and doing whatever he wants. He won't let Elizabeth Warren stop him from picking whomever he wants for his Cabinet, or listen to other Republicans about the wall. He's doing whatever he wants and he keeps going up in life.
If you don't think that's a good example, that's fine. But if you want to be a boss, you have to act like one, which means not sweating the little things. Most of my life, I have cared a lot about what other people think of me but no longer do I care. I'm going to be me, because I'm alone in this world and no one gives a d*** if I'm alive or dead. Not only that, I actually make better decisions for myself when I don't give a f***, especially financial decisions. Being scared of what other people think could really set you back in life.
If you make this a routine, women will eventually pick up on it and see it's not an act. That's just a side benefit of not caring.
To sum up, make sure you call the shots, not someone else. If you're afraid of getting someone mad, instead of hesitating, go ahead and make them mad and see what happens. Who knows, they might even respect you more.
