I focus on all aspects of my game, so yeah its a good idea to sharpen your cyber macking skills.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Thats it for now. Will post new goals and other stuff later.NorwegianDJ said:My goals at the moment are:
- Gain muscle Since I started working out (roughtly 8 months ago), I've gained 15kgs, then lost 3. At the moment I think my weight is fairly stable, but my body is improving every week. Achieved.
- Eat healthy I'm not neccessarily eating healthier, but Im eating more conciously, and I have much more knowledge of what 'healthy' means. I do eat more eggs and drink more milk than I should, but that's not gonna change unless I find a substitute. I do take multi vitamins, but I should eat more "healthy" food. Goal achieved within current needs.
- Get a 3.5+ GPA Achieved for term 2 and 3, not sure about 4. I am doing well in school, but I need to get more organized. Goal almost achieved.
- Get a big social circle The only way I really get to know new people is by partying. I need to connect more with people and actually get some more friends that I can actually be with outside of parties. Goal not achieved, but I know where I'm going.
- Get laid Achieved. Now I need consistency.
- Get much better at playing guitar - learn new songs inc. Cannon rock I do play more guitar than I used to. Played a few concerts, learning some new songs. Doing good. However, cannon rock is being optimistic, very optimistic. Maybe in a few years. Goal achieved within vague concepts of the goal that it is.
- More confidence Achieved... ONTO MORE CONFIDENCE!
- And yeah, Girls How many has it been..? Lets say it's been about 10. Achieved, but not nearly where I wanna be.
How will I get there?
- Work out 3x a week, following the skinnyguy program Followed with dicipline. Changed to Starting Strength ~2 months ago and saw great improvement overall.
- Sleep 7-10 hrs. Eat healthy. Done. Aiming for a 8-9 hour sleep a night, but I get about 8 usually.
- Do my homework and study for tests Well.. yeah. I do my homework, but I study as much as I feel like. Usually I only read through my notes like 2-3 times or do some problems. This usually gets me a A-B (80-90%+). I need to study more for tests. Especially now with exams around the corner. Im gonna try not only to study the day before (It got me a 97.5% on bio last year), but to study on beforehand like the weekend. I think one, or the major reason I do so well, so easily, is that I pay attention, and just accept whatever is given to me at school. Even if I dont understand, I accept it. Dont resist.
- Play with my band Quit after term 2 due to change in schedule.
- Jam with friends Never happened, apart from once with this guy that lives in my neighborhood.
- Play guitar at home a couple of hours a week - not sure if I'm ready for this. Done. Like 1-4 hours a week I think. It's not a structured thing, it's something I do sometimes if I feel like it.
- Cold approach Yeah, no. Only at parties. Well, I probably did it like 10-30 times outside of parties, but I cant really remember them, apart from my instamakout.
- Party HELL YEAH!
- Humiliate myself in public Didn't get to do this. Original plan was to doo this with a dude I met online. He never showed up. Will be done in future.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Whenever I got time to make an entry, I play LoL instead
I should study more.
So whats been up?
Last weekend I went to the mall twice. Once on friday with 2 friends and 3 girls. Girls were nothing special at all. One of them looked like HB Cloud, only like 3 points down the scale.
Just had a lot of fun. Took self-amusement to a new level.
This girl with a bf really liked me. Shame. This guy puts all his happiness on her, like 100% AFC stuff. Im not that heartless. She later posted some stuff on my wall. Hold on, I got a pic. http://i51.tinypic.com/iy0v8m.png
Yeah. Dont do that if you actually want the girl.
Saturday - Mall with chicks from the dance thingy. First time making out in the movies. I agree that it does take a fair share of balls to go for it. Got a cramp in my leg the first time
Had exams since wednesday. 4 down and 3 to go. Leaving for norway on tuesday.
Also had my birthday on sunday. Had dinner with HB Norwegian's family, my family and my half-brothers family. Good times.
Ive also got myself a chance to earn 1.5 million euro. Me and Robin are on the case.
And oh yeah. Ive decided not to MB. FOR REAL THIS TIME. Atleast not over the summer. The ones who know me (you know who you are), please remind me all the time. Currently day 6. Im gonna update with this regularly to keep the motivation up. No lying.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
