Yo so I just came out of a 4 year relationship and want to start smashing loads of birds.

However -

Previous relationship has lowered my confidence with new girls and feel social anxiety.

Have watched Simplepickup and read a lot f the alpha male forums
However all this info is making it worse and when I try approaches I just freeze up and walk off like a beta PHAGGG!
