“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey, i was gonna come here asking for routine or something, but then i saw Diesel's guide. Great guide.....except that im a REAL noob about excercising, so i didnt even understand what he was talking about when he said stuff like skullcrushers, military presse, etc. Is there some website i can go to to get definitions/instructions on those basic things? Also, Diesel, or anyone else for that matter, what do you suggest if i dont have access to a gym or weights? The help would be appreciated.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I get a lot of good info from www.menshealth.com

Military press is done seated, raising the weight from shoulder height stright up. Works deltoids and tri's.

Skull crushers are done laying on your back, holding a bar straight up like at the top of a bench press. Then you simply bend at the elbows and bring the weight down towards your forehead. You can see where the name comes from. Works primarily tri's.

Be responsible for your intiative and do web searches for whatever info you need. There are tens of thousands of sites out there, just make sure the info you're getting is legit and makes sense.

It's a badly-kept secret.
1. http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

2. Either buy your own equipment to work out at home (chin-up bar, dips bar, dumbbells, barbell, weight discs etc.) AND get professional advice about proper form and regular check-ups; OR get a gym membership and if you need help with a certain exercise... ask a personal trainer for help. There's only so far you can get without weights (not very far at all), with a home gym or a membership, the possibilities are endless.

3. Whether you want to gain loads of muscle like Arnie or slim down like Brad Pitt, diet is around 75% of the game! Your workout program is secondary, but still very important.

4. Do your research! The internet has sooo much info on bodybuilding that you can either do some great research, or be completely confused by all the different advice. A LOT of bodybuilding is just personal opinion: I believe that HIT (High Intensity Training) is the best way to train for ME, however many people swear by German Volume Training, or any other of the plethora of workout methods. Read what the experts have to say, experiment a bit, and find out what works for you.

5. Stick to the basic, compound movements like: squats, deadlifts, chins, rows, overhead presses, lunges, and bench press. These type of excercise are much more effective than isolation exercise like: bicep curls, lat pull-downs, wrist curls, kickbacks etc. etc. If you can't get big using compound movements, you'll never be big!
