Non toxic home supplies for men.

Did you know that it was only ten years ago that I was recommended to use a Mekur straight edge instead of standard Gillette razors? I haven't went back sense. So much cleaner and smoother. I've come to realize that all the stuff advertised to our society is mainly backed by feminine need and desire. Aka, our products are meant to be sold to the low iq consumers, aka kids, women, and the beaten down father. Recently, I've been running out of Axe cleaning supplies and realized what else am I using that's non optimal and maybe even dangerous to my body.

I'm looking for common day products to replace all the standard deodorants, soaps, shampoos, and anything else that you find at your common store. Either they are more natural or less toxic. Who knows how many carcinogens are in current products owned by the same five companies. I remember reading how Roman soldiers use to use olive oil to clean their skin. However, I'm not looking to go that primitive, but it's a good example of whether our current way is perverted or not. We don't even get many studies on that due to most articles being bought by said companies that promote your common household product.

Use this thread to give suggestions for me and others.

"Roman soldiers use to use olive oil to clean their skin".After a Shower,while the pores are open I have been massaging Olive Oil in to moistureise my skin for Donkeys Years,works well...Years back an Italian Lady friend confided the secret to her lustrous black hair,was to heat up her damphair in a hot damp towel Turban,then rub in a LITTLE Olive Oil cut with Petuli Oil.

I think they should make grocery stores, call hotlines, and wardrobe retails dedicated to Men of fine taste at a decent price. That would be a great way to meet friends too and avoid the chubby single moms with annoying babies crying all the time at the check out lines lol haha......lol just joking I love all sorts of people.

There are "natural" soaps and other personal cleaning products, for example Dr. Bronner's. I find them better than a lot of the mainstream chemical junk.

I find the self checkouts very useful at the grocery store. Rarely would there be much of a line for them and I have gotten pretty quick at scanning all the items.
