I've often being pale skinned in my life despite I never missed red meat or other source of iron, then recently my skin complexion became more than decent.

Im trying to think what I changed in the last 3 months in terms of diet but despite my best researches couldnt find the reason.

What Im eating more than before is choccolate, broccoli and eggs yet found no proof that those work for the skin complexion.

My 6 months ago bloodwork and the current ones are not that far in terms of red blood cells either, any idea?
