Ok, so she's been a friend for a while however there is some interest there. We've gone on dates and i've been invited back to her place a few times... The only issue is she's very busy. So whenever I try and make plans it's always "I'll have to get back to you on that". I'm tired of fvcking waiting and want to confirm a date the same moment. It's like closing a sale... I don't want a "be back" later on.
Any suggestions as to how I can play this and basically flip around what she's doing so it'll increase IL?

Okay, you have gone on dates together. What happened there, did u kiss her or fvck with her?

Are you an important part of her life so far? The more important you are in her eyes, the more she will find ways to see you when you want to see her. Independent of this, be happy to have a girl on your hand who actually has an own life.

Not back to my place no... and whenever we went back to her place unfortunatley nothing happened. We've been friends for such a long time and have wanted to get together but one or the other has been in a relationship at the time. I'm completley to blame for moving at the speed of a special olympics athlete... lol
Its ****ty because we'd watch movies on her bed, in her room, with the door closed and it was HER idea...

That doesn't sound like a girl who is interested in anything romantic. If a girl is interested, but busy, she'll find a way to be with you, even if it's for a minute or two. If anything, she might be keeping you around because she knows she CAN. You are probably a good ego boost for her.

Any girl that says 'i'll have to get back to you on that' is really saying 'i'm not interested, but i don't want to hurt your feelings'.

I would distance myself from her, little by little. Besides, she's an hour away, I'm sure you can find girls allot closer then that.

... hrm ya know that makes sense. Even though i've been doing this a LONG ASS time i still miss the obvious sometimes. The ego boost makes perfect sense due to certain circumstances...

Sounds about right-but if this chick is inviting him over to her house then I think he should at least attempt it-you'll know how she'll react unless you try....

I wouldn't necessarily cut back on the contact. Instead, start telling her about the women you're dating. When you do see her, initiate some playful kino (poking her, tickling her). Turn her down once in a while because you have a date planned with someone else.

She'll wonder why everyone's dating you except her. Her IL will go up.

hmmm I'd say deversify your assets a bit more. What side projects do you have going on or is this the only girl you've got in your pipeline? Try spoting and spending time with other women and then give this one another look. That always seems to give me prospective when i'm after a girl that seems to have her own agenda and may just be wasting your time...who knows you might even meet a girl that's even better then this one. Sounds like a win win situation to me.
