"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Today at uni I was with my mates. We have a bar at our uni and pool tables and all that. Now he saw a chick he fancied. In my books she is 8.5 with ease. She is hot.

He wanted to talk to her they were about 10metres from our table. He asked me to wing and I said **** thatt. I am comfortable talking to girls but no Cold Approach.

Now this guy is average looks at best. She is hot. He went and talked to her and her friend with another mate of ours. He ended up playing pool with them both. I doubt he will get her. Who knows but he got a game of pool with some hot chick, got some social proof, got some experience and he obviously has balls. Shows not all girls are snobby and if they are, you just walk away. Not your fault they are retarded.

Now this has opened up my eyes a little more.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Good thing you took off the blinders. Now just keep them off.

Doesn't matter if she's an 8, a 10, or the hottest b*tch on the planet. You're still the prize, not her.

Yeah, you see this kind of thing a lot at uni. Imo, the chicks there are VERY approachable. HOWEVER, at uni, "approachable" often means just in a "friends" sense. Meeting people is the "standard" thing at uni. It would have to be a real hardcore byytch to blow you off if you were just approaching in a friendly "chit chat" manner. Now, if you came "direct", well, that's a different story.

Ye thats also true.

I have met a fair few chicks in uni. But its hard to devise interest levels. I talk to these girls for like half an hour and ****. But you can't tell if they like you or not.

There is chick who has a bf who doesn't go to our uni. Shes lebo I want to pick her up. She is flirty but it seems that how she is naturally..

Best way to meet girls is SOCIAL CIRCLES. Cold approach has nothing on being introduced to each other.

I think you posted a link to your myspace once or something. You're leb or turk or something like that, right? If that was you, you're a good looking guy man. You should just be ASSUMING that they like you. (Hell, even not good looking guys should just assume attraction actually. Only reason i mention it for good looking guys is because the reason for assuming it is easier to understand.)

A dude like you would MOST LIKELY be attractive to most chicks out there. And if you are selective in your targets, like if you go for chicks with the same tastes as you in music and fashion, your odds would go even higher still. If they don't like you, it's most likely because in your interactions with them you came across badly -- you were too nerdy, too quiet, too *****ish, too rude, talked about lame subjects, talked about school too much, or any number of other possibilities.

I agree that social circles are great way to meet chicks, but if ALL you do is just get introduced to the girls and then you just talk about everyday subjects with them and don't show any ACTUAL DIRECT INTEREST, you are not making the most of your chances. Also, "cold approaches" are a good way to increase your social circles. Eg, you seem some chicks sitting on the benches, just go over sit down and say hi and introduce yourself; that's the start of a social circle.

(I can't really talk, because I am still hugely reluctant to talk to stranger girls. Well, actually, just in casual friendly terms I am not, it's the idea of showing sexual interest that still freezes me. Then again, I am working alone, so it's a bit tougher. That's because the "friends" I have made are the super geek types because I really wanna concentrate on getting good grades. But people like that are useless for social stuff. But making friends with the cool people is too risky for me, because then I slack off on the studying and I just can't afford to make that mistake again. But for you, this is your first time at uni, so you can take more risks. If you have got buddies that are into picking up and stuff, man, you should really use that to your advantage, because it's a lot easier when you're working together with other people.)

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

You should have gone in, i know it's surprising, and at least you have seen it with your own eyes now, but seriously, you should have gone in, it was only winging.
