Good afternoon, I have started no fap as I feel I was doing this way to much, Im a week in and feel I have more energy and getting up in the morning is a lot easier, bit I cant stop thinking about sex, for the people who have done no fap or still are how do you control this? Also is the benefits worth it? I have read mixed reviews thanks andy
