I have had elaborate discussions about this with Chat-GPT. Literally pages and pages about this making analogies to a baseball game, home-run and the different bases. You simply have to determine which base you need to stop at before going all the way to home run. This AI can give you insights into what an intentional action is, and an unintentional action. This is very important in these types of things. I'm not on no-fap but I'll run any behaviour leading to that (ie if I'm watching images, etc..) though a chat-gpt algorithm for it to determine, based on a set of pre-programmec criteria, whether am amnesty would be allowed or not in terms of giving myself a strike for "hitting the home run" while looking at images. It's quite interesting.
