"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

In all honesty, in my mind I have already set this one aside and nexted her. But, I have this gut feeling that I am missing information, and I would like your perspective on this..

I have been spinning this one plate for a while, and a few weeks back I confronted her because I found out that she was passing information which I told her in confidence (I know, dumb as sh*t from my side). After this, contact started dying down, she did not text or call or try to meet up as often. I texted her once, and after 3 days she tells me she 'forgot' to text back. I didn't go into it, shrugged it off and acted like I didn't care about it at all and just continued the conversation.

After this, 2 weeks later after no contact I texted her and she didn't reply whatsoever (again), this was enough, so I deleted her number and nexted. After a few days I was walking around in my university and she saw me and smiled while waving, not a few hours later she texted me asking how I was and that she 'forgot' to text back.

Ever since I haven't replied, because mentally I am already focused on other plates. But, in this matter, do you think I let my pride take over and nexted her too soon? Or did I do the right decision?

What do you think it says about her interest level that she "forgot" to text back?

Where's Judge Nismo?
Would she "forget" to text back Channing Tatum?
Either way, a highly interested woman will be in her best behaviour and won't forget to communicate with you.
You're obviously very low on her priority list. Just keep banging her if possible but leave your emotions in the condom you throw in the bin on the way out.
She's not worth worrying about.

First of all, it wasn't dumb of you to call her out. The reason women today have such little class is that they're never called out on their behavior. Why shouldn't she be held just as accountable for how she handles a confidential matter as anyone else?

Secondly, her interest level is very, very low. There are only two types of women worth dealing with. One, the woman who has at least a 50% interest level which you can try to bump up. If she responds, great. If interest goes down from 50%, then "next". Two, the woman who displays obvious interest. She's the one who will move mountains to see you.

This particular girl is long gone. She's not worth a second thought. You lost the entitled princess when you held her accountable for her actions. You would have lost her no matter what (because of her weak personality), so better sooner than later.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

That cleared things up for me perfectly, thanks. I'm done with these self-entitled princesses who believe they can get away with and do anything. Onto greener pastures.
