hey... what are your guys experiences with Nitrous Oxide suppliments..? I've read the book, and I'm intrugued...

as you guys know, I'm starting a hardcore training regiment for 6 months and along with Whey and creatine, I'd like all the help I can get. ;-)~

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

stick with the whey and creatine. Use a cheap brand. Also,

whey isolate > whey concentrate, but concentrate tastes a whole lot better.

Isolate is better than concentrate post-workout. BUT, for shakes throughout the day, concentrate is just as good since it is released slower.

For protein before bed, Try getting something with casein protein and concentrate. The casein is absorbed a lot slower than concentrate or isolate.

I am definitly going to take creatine and whey... I just want to see if anyone has taken some NO 2 and what they thought of it and what the results were...

oh and a little tip to get some casein in your whey..... mix the whey with cold milk... adds all the casein you need.
