I have it and read it a couple of years ago. The title is misleading as it hardly covers any NLP stuff. It is mostly a Self Help book. Not a bad book, just not really about NLP. Check out other reviews on Amazon before buying it. My suggestion would be to get stuff by Bandler and Grinder (Frogs into Princes, Reframing, Structure of Magic)
