"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

okay so I'm a pretty laid back decent guy ... And I think this is my problem I'm too nice .. How do I change this mindset without becoming arrogant? Causing me serious issues after the first few dates this ( it's like I'm fvcking boring )

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Just don't be too accommodating. There is nothing wrong with being nice and friendly, but do do this at the expense of your own happiness.

Also ditch the idea that you can get women to like you by being 'nice'. Being too accommodating sends up Red Flags with women because you are not being authentic. Also, woman are mentally conditioned to look for men that can take care of them.... everyone knows you can not take care of others if you do not take care of yourself first. surrender what you want you don't have respect for yourself... if you don't respect your self, she won't respect you... no respect = no love.

Also... don;t worry about ticking off women. It is better if she is mad at you than if she doesn't care about you. If she asks you to do something for her, and you don't want to do it, then say no... she might not like it, but if you don;t agree to be her butler, she might be mad, but she will respect you.

You can be "nice" and still pull tail, you just need an edge. The problem with most nice guys are they come off as being desperate and having no backbone. They're a pushover.

"Nice" is such a broad term, but I'll give you the example of Ryan Gosling in the movie Drive. He's a "nice" guy to the girl he's interested in and her kid, but he has an edge to him. He's nice to this chick because it's in his nature, NOT because she's hot and he wants to bang so he's gonna take her out and buy her flowers and pay for her meal. That's the big difference and where a lot of guys fall short with women.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

+1. I was a nice guy in my marriage. Tried to do all the right things, be sensitive etc etc. Didnt work. I am now unmarried partly because I wouldnt argue or ever put myself first or ever tell her to stop being a bytch.

I think I can still be nice but I am not a nice guy in the way I used to be. The first baby step is learning the power of saying no and backing it up with actions. The 2nd step is realising you will offend people and enjoying it. The 3rd step is making it clear you are a sexual man, with direct eye contact and kino. 4th step is learning not to give a fvck and knowing you can walk away whenever you want.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
