There are more Manginas out there in the world then I would like to believe. I am on an high all time NEXTing spree as far as unprofessional professional jerks are concerned. These guys seem to possess the same uncanny mindset of not being upfront and ..... I can go on...

Are there any better ways than dealing with such kind other than NEXTing them and delegating(Delegating to such morons ends up taking so much more time) less....

Yeah I've been there before too. Just stop keeping in contact with them and don't return their calls/emails/texts etc. There have been some guys over the years that I didn't like the way they behaved or some of their ethics, whatever. In professional settings, it is still very much true that who you associate with also says something about you.
