I have a technique that I've used on my new GF, as well as my last. Its a hand massage I do while holding hands and it drives them crazy. Especially the one I'm dating now. I did this the other night and she said "you don't know what you’re doing to my body. We'd better quite or we'll get in trouble."
While watching a movie or something, hold her hand in a clasped position so your palms are together and every other finger is between each other. As if nothing, gently start to move one of your fingers so it lightly messages the side of her finger. Do it slowly, almost as if by accident, but she will notice.
Eventually work your way into massaging her pointer finger. Take your time. I've noticed the longer you take the more sensitive your fingers get. Start with your middle finger and slowly message your way up to her finger tips. This feels almost electric when they finally meet.
Finally, work one of your fingers back down to her palm. She will notice how good this feels and reciprocate. Message each other right up the middle of the inside palm. The sensation will go all the way up your arm. It WILL DRIVE HER INSAINE.
