Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
I'd like to see AT&T unlock it for their international customers like they already do every other phone. I'm tired of having to use blackweather on my iPhone.jeryruse said:If we see another iPhone in the next few months year what new features would you like it to include? I'd like to see a better battery and ability (native to the OS) to store files on the HD with bluetooth.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
You will use what Steve Jobs says you will use.jeryruse said:If we see another iPhone in the next few months year what new features would you like it to include? I'd like to see a better battery and ability (native to the OS) to store files on the HD with bluetooth.
Ya, I've had one for a while now, it's the most useful for me, except that I have to blackweather it to use it internationally. The battery life is great for a smartphone and there really is an app for almost everything. I can even use it as my SCUBA logbook and sync up the data, including GPS coordinates, with my PC later via WiFi.Luthor Rex said:People still use iPhail?
It's getting to that point. :woo:Alle_Gory said:You will use what Steve Jobs says you will use.
No kidding. I just found out today that to delete pictures from the ipod touch I bought you have to delete or move the files from the directory that the pictures were placed in. Pain in the ACK! Whatever happen to open software/hardware where the magic of tinkering creates one's illegal benefits?OzyBoy said:It's getting to that point. :woo:
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
you ain't got that iblow app yet? sh!t's off the chain. catches and allCr1msonKing said:Give me a blow job, do my homework, and cook.
