Holy moley, I can't believe the shear number of wet-behind-the-ears wannabes who are giving sage counsel to the AFCs who come here sincerely asking for advice.

What a welcome to the forum...These new visitors have no way of telling that they are getting responses from clueless guys who just got here last week.

Newbies, please don't dole out your wisdom until you actually understand the game a little.
