Hey everyone,

I'm new to the forum and after being a lurker for a year I finally made an account.

From my readings it seems as though game and all that is important, but having a good body is REALLY important. To me, I think it's an easy way to get attention, and if that doesn't work, at least I am healthier, I live longer, and I can have pride in the fact that I can lift up other human beings :D

Anyways, as I said, I'm new to the forum, and wanted to know where I could go to get started, and what kinds of threads to read...haven't really checked out the health forum before. I'll start a journal here to track my progress once I get the whole exercise routine sorted out.
