"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

New years story, what is she thinking?? ***UPDATED***

my story might be long but bear with me.

ive posted a few threads about my issue in the past weeks but i guess you can consider this a major update, deserving a new thread.

brief background check:
about 2 months ago i met some girl off the internet who i had been talking to for about a year. the first night we met up went well and we kissed. the following day i got the lets be friends speech since shes "busy with school and her relationship with god". shes very religious, but that doesnt bother me.

and following that, we met up a few more times and somehow each time stuff happened, like we end up flirting and holding hands a lot and such.

fast forward to now:
so i asked if she wanted to hang out for new years together and we did, but before i picked her up she wanted to make it clear that "its not going to be a date, just a hang out". things were going well and we ended up going to her place and we had a crazy make out session. she had plenty of chances to stop it but she didnt and continued to kiss.

and all along that night (before and after the makeout) she keeps telling me stories about how all these guys like her and keep asking her out and how she doesnt want to go out with anyone right now.she says it almost as if shes hinting something or to test me or to make me jealous or all of the above. i dont really say much when she does this so she realizes i dont care.

i have no idea what the heck she wants. she says lets just be friends, but whenever we get together it ends up being more than that.

i dont know what to do at this point because i feel like im being played. I dont know if shes seriously considering any of these other boys interested in her, but i dont want to hear about these guys anymore.

im also not interested in being "just friends". as soon as i left last night i was like "wtf just happened" and i came home and wrote a 2 page letter to her which i dont know if i really want to send. i think i would rather talk to her in person, but i wrote it so i could get my words down perfectly, and to get it off my chest to some degree.

at this point what is she thinking? am i being played? I know i have to confront her about all this because im tired of all the mind games

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

UPDATE:
so i was on my way to her place and i was going to arrive 2h before her work so we would have plenty of time to talk. i was like 20 min early so i drove around a bit and tried to find a coffee shop in the area that would be open for us to go to. unfortunately (stupid me) i made a U-turn in a rural road and ended up in a ditch. i had to wait 1h for the tow truck guy to get me out. when all was said and done i got to her place 45 min before her work so not much time to talk.

got my phone, then i drove her to her work and we talked for 5 min in the parking lot. essentially she said it got akward after we made out so thats why shes been a bit weird. and we both decided we probably shouldnt see each other since chances are the same thing will keep happening of hanging out and making out or whatever.

we only talked for 5 min..at the end it seemed like we're just going to go our seperate ways, and she seemed a little upset/disappointed. i felt like we didnt really get to discuss everything since we didnt have too much time.

and she left it off saying i should call her if i want to talk. and by talk i mean just general in friendly way, not as in to further discus this matter.

i feel like i should call her either tomorrow or in a few day so we can finish it off.. good idea? bad idea?

I say you let her go. This wasn't a mutual decision as you might think, SHE doesn't want to take things any further because she feels awkward and weird. Would you be pursuing her if you felt that way? Sounds like she is losing/lost interest and it will be an up hill battle for you to try and change it.

Finish off what? Nothing significant ever happened, I say you just leave it alone. You're putting most, if not all the effort into this and she doesn't seem to want to reciprocate.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

theres a lot of articles and tips on this site discussing persistance. would it be a good idea to let things cool off for a while and then maybe try again?
