"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey guys, I'm XY. I'm a tall(6'3), slim, athletic male that has never had a problem getting girls. Before i learned game i was a player. i used to try and get as many gfs as possible. I made it to 7 at the same time before i started stressing the fvkc out. (early high school years). by my eleventh grade year i was snatching girls with ease. my twelfth grade year i caught my first and only case of oneitis. The girl was absolutely beautiful to me and i had to have her.

Normally when i get a girl i fake emotions just to get sex but i let myself go with this girl and loved her as i have never loved before. I wanted to marry that girl. She was a virgin so i did my best to tattoo my M**********g name on that pvssy. i succeeded and she was putty in my hands. I would sneak into her house and stay the night with her. sometimes we would do it and other times we would cuddle and express our feelings. Knowing what i kno now, the very thought of it makes me sick to my stomach.

The love bug bit the shivt out of me and would not let go. I loved her so much but that didn't stop me from sleeping around. It was sex with them but with her it was love. When i touched her i tried to give her goosebumps. I wanted her to swoon for me like all the other girls i kept on the side did. in the beginning she was completely predictable like every other girl i had known. Later she started talking to me in a tone that implied i was nothing and i couldn't figure out y. i googled it and what i found out changed me for the better.

I recognized everything that had been going on and made the changes immediately. She wouldn't turn me down for sex but we no longer connected on an emotional level and i found out that her emotions had checked out long ago. I broke it off. It killed me but i told myself i would never go back.

Tl;DR
-Player before i learned game from the internet
-Caught major oneitis but still spun plates (main girl with sides)
-Googled a relationship problem, stumbled upon game, cut oneitis out of my life
-Tailored my game and improved notch count tremendously

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

You're what is referred to as a natural. The power of looks confirmed. 6'3, built, aesthetic face and a successful player from day 1. Tall, athletic black guys with a good face almost always seem to clean up. How old are you and what area are you from?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
