“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Hi. I am new to creatine, supplements for that matter(except whey protien powder).
1. Anyways, which is better, creatine monohydrate or the CEE?
2. Will any creatine help me increase my lifting strength on exercises fast?
3. Does it also help build muscle?
4. How long till i see results from the creatine?
5. Do you have to cycle it on and off?

thanks.

It won't help you build much directly, but it should help you heal a lot faster which will let you maintain a good workout routine to promote muscle gains. It also helps your muscles store energy and water which gives you a nice boost... I noticed a difference pretty much immediately. As far as cycling it, there's a lot of varying opinions and it probably depends on how often you take it... I usually only take it on days I work out.
