"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

In fact I've been studying David DeAngelo's material for almost a year now.

It seems like a long time, but I was the king AFC of the universe, so there was a lot to deprogram and understand.

I'd just like to introduce myself and tell my story briefly:

One year ago my first girlfriend broke up with me. We had been going out for almost two years and we lived together at the time with two other roommates. Her and I had separate rooms.

On the first night after the breakup, I cried. She locked me out of her room. I broke in during the middle of the night. Then I cried in front of her and begged. Then I yelled. My roommates got dragged into it. I yelled at one of them for talking to her with his door closed.

(This was midterm week at school, so through this, I was struggling through midterms.)

Then I thought for a long time, and I decided to use logic to convince her to like me again. I wrote a ten page letter. She read it and cried. We got back together for 24 hours. She wouldn't kiss me. I yelled again. That was it for good.

Two weeks later, she started seeing someone else. (I "dated" some girls too --ones that smelled my desparation and ran faster than a speeding bullet.)

This guy slept in her room for the remainder of the three months that she and I lived together.

The old me believed my girlfriend to be the sweetest, most trustworthy, wonderful person on the planet. The old me believed she was perfect. That this was happening was unfathomable.

I more or less wanted to end my life at the time, but didn't really understand how to do it painlessly.

Fast forward to now. I found David Deangelo. I completely replaced my friends, where I live, what I believe, how I look, what I act like, how I stand, how quickly I move, how deep my voice is, everything.

I've been with many girls since her... girls of all types... I became slightly misogynistic for a while, but that's fading now.

I'm here because I can't contain this part of my life anymore -- I've been doing it all "by myself" -- and I want to share and reflect with all of you.

My game is good, but it's not great, and I've never done any 'approaching.' I attract girls within my social circle rather than going to clubs.

I find that when I go to clubs, my frame becomes "I am trying to GET her", and of course it's all over from there.

I'm going to stop babbling now.

Hi, everyone.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Well, at least you're taking steps in the right direction.

Glad to have you aboard.

Don't put it that way; I've long ago removed all of that from my belief of "who I am". It's part of my past now.

I haven't "taken steps in the right direction", I went all the way down the path. :)

I'm here because I'm interested in tweaking, improving, and possibly meeting people with whom I can sarge.
