The Downward Spiral, Pretty Hate Machine, Broken, and With Teeth were masterpieces.

The Fragile only had 2-3 good songs. Rest of the album was boring filler. Year Zero and The Slip were boring drivel. So far I'm not getting into this album either. I've listened to a few tracks and it's clear he's stuck in a rut. His most recent albums are just boring filler garbage that he knows his fans will buy because they gobble up anything with a NIN logo on it. NIN is just a money maker now and Trent is milking the name for all it's worth.

This happens to almost all musicians. They put out 1-2 good albums then they become rich and famous and lose their hunger to create good music. Trent is 1 of those rare artists who was able to keep it going for 3-4 albums.

With Teeth was a masterpiece? You have got to be kidding me. With Teeth was just recycled garbage. The Fragile was the masterpiece. I think you need to listen to it in full again. When is the last time you did? You misjudged it.

Even though I'm happy Trent found peace and has moved on from his troubles....I must say that this is the old school NIN that I still love.
