"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Ok this might be kind of long but I'm gonna post it anyways. I could deal with this situation myself but im gonna see what you guys think anyways.

About a year ago I met this girl that I (still) work with. I could tell she liked me immediately and got her number on the same day that I met her. We proceeded to talk for the next month or so and we went out once and had a great time. No kissing or anything. However, I had a girlfriend at the time and to tell you the truth I found this new girl kind of boring, but I still liked her alot for some reason anyways even though we really didnt have anything in common.

So after we went out I kind of stopped trying to contact her, and I wouldnt say we moved "apart" because she would constantly try to get in touch with me and talk to me and stuff. If I ever made a flattering comment towards her she was always very accepting and made a point to express it. I would see her maybe once every 2 weeks and she would act like the day I first met her.

So she went to Europe for about 3 months, I talked to her maybe once or twice on MSN while she was there when she had a chance to get on. Now since she has been back, I have seen her at work a couple times. I am now broken up with my girlfriend, and every time I see this girl Im reminded of how much I like her. Now heres the kicker. I saw her a few weeks ago and she invited me to a concert of a band we both like, and its just me and her going, and she paid for the tickets. We are going on October 17th or something like that. So I can tell she is still interested in me... we have plans to do something this week so I can tell her about my trip and she can tell me about hers (I just got back from NYC)

Basically what im wondering is if I've waiting too long to have a relationship with her. She still acts very interested in me but shes a woman so who the **** knows. Some important facts:

1) Ive known her for a year now
2) Im pretty sure she is a virgin
3) Shes been single for the entire time ive known her

What are the DJ's take on this situation? I know it might sound kind of retarded but Id like to know what you think anyways. I cant really tell if im in the friend zone or not, because if not I am definately going to make a move on her. When we go out im going to ask her what her "dating" status is right now and why she has chosen to remain single and stuff. Also whenever I see her she is very interested in what I have to say and is always touching grabbing my arm etc. If im not in the friend zone I would really like to have a relationship with this girl, she is beautiful. Oh also, she suggested that the evening before the concert we go out drinking together.

Also, could someone post a link to the "Kiss Test" whatever that may be, thank you.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Well the only way to find out if you are in the firends zone for sure is to pull some moves and see what she does.. What have you got to lose? Go for it.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Follow these steps exactly:

0. DO NOT ask her any questions about her "status" as you suggested.

1. At the concert, take her hand. If she responds well, proceed to step 2.

(If something other than her squeezing back happens, you'll have to calibrate and MAYBE then ask questions.)

2. A bit later, put your hand calmly on her upper neck/head and lightly turn her toward you.

(Kiss tests are lame. Just kiss her. You'll get a cheek if she doesn't want to. I've got lots of cheeks before. It's okay. It's not the end of the world. I've got way more lips. Lips, cheeks, it's all good.)

3. SLOWLY move in and kiss her ONCE.

4. Pull back 2 inches. <_--- EDIT: Almost forgot the most important part!!! Stare dreamily into her eyes here.

5. Repeat step 3.

Erm, the rest is up to you.

Wish words, ask. With action, hold her.
