I went to the nutririon store looking for creatine in gum form lol, And the person who worked there recommended this creatine in capsule form. ''Purple K''. Apprarently it has no side effects, of bloating and water retention, and no loading stage. It seems a little too good to be true. I dunno if i like the sound of creatine in pill form. Ill give u guys the link, what do u think?
