"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I just got back from "working out" with a girl that does some work for me.

What a joke! I was kinda obligated to stick with her cause she was doing me a favor by showing me her gym.

She hopped on the elliptical machine for 15min., played with the 10lb dumbells for a few minutes, and hit a couple of ab machines and she was done. She is as misinformed as they come...thinking lifting weights is going to shrink her boobs and make her muscly.

Lately I've been hitting the cardio for 30-40min and the weights for 45-60min several times per week for fatloss. What I got today wasn't even a warmup.

I would bet at least half of the people that work out (many of them women) are just there going through the motions, what do you think?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Exactly why you see all these bull**** exercise machines sell on tv. The best was that pos that was supposed to shock your muscles into contracting and make you buff. When I first saw it I thought it was a joke!

that thing is fun. You stick it on your arm under your shirt and walk around with it pulsing. Freaks the **** out of people cause it makes it look like your arm has a mind of its own.

Some women also use exercise as just another means to socialize. I'll never understand the women who walk laps around malls thinking this is "exercise". More like, "is there a sale at the shoe store yet?".... (another lap) "is there a sale at the shoe store yet?" (another lap)...

I don't know, it just makes me laugh sometimes. I guess for some people, if it "feels good" its enough, whether or not it really does them any good.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Personally I get REAL tired REAL fast doing a halfassed diet and exercise routine. I tried that the first year of working out, and got few results. Then I decided to jump online and educate myself a little on nutrition and fitness, and although I the train has been sidetracked a few times due to work and such I'm still in the best shape of my life and getting compliments on my progress.

If I ever workout with anyone who isn't serious again I'll be on the other side of the gym. But even then a chick might be serious, but she's still gonna slow you down. Best to let them do their own thing.
