I learned this the hard way.
Ok I'm in my school band as a drummer, and one time during a rehersal, i saw a sophmore chick that i was intrested. I knew she was somewhat
friends with one of the younger kids in my groups, and i asked him what her name was, not sure of why i did this, but i did. Well he didn't know
and one of the girls in my section was also friends, so he asked her. First it was fun because she told me all these things that would deter a AFC, but whenever she said something, it only made me more excited for the
hunt. I don't
listen to anyone but my wingmans advice when it comes to ladies, and they were suggesting i go up there, in the middle of a rehersal, to
the front of the room, and talk to her, which i refused to do.
Now i know what your thinking "YOUR IN A BAND?!" but the people in it are actually kind of normal, and the drummers are all very cool people, not rejects at all.
So after them nagging me till we get a break, i'm in the back room waiting for a good chance to make my move (aka: the game leaving the bathroom),
so the girl who gave me all the advice about her starts saying all this $h!t that was trying to embarass me, "Why not go ask out (girls name here)" *I forgot it*,
so just as soon as she said this, the girl entered the room and my cover was blown, i was going to give her nothing to believe that i was giving
her the upper hand, so she was immedietely nexted.
I received quiet a bit of nagging, but
"Game is game, if someone makes a noise and scares it off, don't go hunting after it, look for another piece of meet and never look back" Me
