"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

hey, i'm 17, healthy, used to play sports.
i'm active, don't really drink or smoke too often.

so, when i'm with a girl and she's willing to do anything my **** doesn't get up.
and it's weird cause with 2 other girls my **** was working perfectly.
but i get really nervous and my heart starts pounding hard, -- but also when i first started messing with those 2 girls my **** would act funny then too.

but after i really got to like them my **** would get hard over nothing.
i know i don't have a problem cause i get erections all the time.

but how can i cure it so i can get erections and not be so nervous?
i don't have a small **** but when it's soft it's not impressive.

i try not to think about me getting an erection hoping it would naturally lead me into one but my mental thoughts is all ****ed up and it doesn't work well.
how can i block me thinking about getting my **** hard and being nervous and just let everything be good?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Just don't think. You're thinking "Oh man what if I can't get it up again? How embarrassing would that be!" and the performance anxiety is killing it for you. Instead just calm down, take it the sights and smells, run your hands over her, kiss her, etc. It's not a chess game, you don't need a game plan, it's just instinct, no thought required, no "what if" scenarios need to be considered.

Dude . .

. . It's called performance anxiety .Not a big deal, and happens to the best of us! . I personally bite a quarter of a Kamagra pill for such instances of stage fright!

lemme tell you something

i'm a 4th yr med student and i've studied about this

theres a set of nerves called the para-sympathetic autonomic system (lets you get an erection, point)
and the para-sympathetic autonomous system (lets you ejaculate, shoot)

point and shoot. they inhibit each other.

anyway

the sympathetics are also the automatic flight or fight responce, a stress responce

the sympathetics will kick in, inhibiting the para-sympathetics (lets you point), and you wont be able to get it up

less stress, try to not think, leave youself in the moment. touch her skin ,lisyen to her breath, its justa bit of fun
