A big problem many men have is feeling comfortable showing their real personalities. Even I have met guys who laid a lot of women who have these problems. Some of these guys had done a lot of things to try making the problem go away like hypnosis, NLP, etc.
The thing to understand is that it is negative thinking that propells these thoughts. Negative thinking is a conditoned response, and if you one can learn to stop using it, it will go away.
It's like quitting smoking. At first you will want a smoke even more because you're body is so used to the nicotine. BUt if you stay off it long enough, you will eventually be conditioned to feel "normal" without nicotine.
Negative thoughts are like a drug. Some of you have been conditioned to have these and it seems "normal" for you. Realize that at first it will be hard to stop using these negative thoughts, but if you refuse to use them, those circuts in your brain will die out and be replaced by positive ones.
The secret is so simple... just stop using negative thoughts. Think of it like quitting smoking. Instead of using negative thoughts, you will exercise. Everytime you start to dwell on negative thoughts, exercise. Exercise help burn off the chemicals that cause negative thoughts and fears. If you can't exercise, just think of something positive. The trick is to stop using the negative thoughts long enough for them to get out of your system, just like quitting smoking takes time for your body to readjust. If you try to use negative thoughts like beating yourself up, then you only increase the cycle of negative thought addiction.
