"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I went out with a girl for 18 months and we broke up in January. She was my first love, in the purest sense of the word. I'm a pretty badass DJ, and getting new girls is no problem, but for some reason I can't scratch the thought of my EX from my head. I know it's normal to have those thoughts, but is there anything you guys know of that will help me get completely over her??

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I hate that millions of girls out there logic.

This simply isn't true. Not all those women are bangable, sociable, etcable. For oneitis, keep reminding yourself, "we're just friends." and soon you'll just start treating her like a buddy and not someone you want to have sex with. Then other women will see you as different because you don't go up to them with pvssy in mind (not outw@rdly at least). Yet you're still charming/not afraid to crack sex jokes or talk about it.

Bro, here's some basics on getting over that "unique and special" girl.

1. Improve yourself
2. ???
3. Profit

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hey. Personally I don't think there is a way to get completly over it if you really did love her. It gets better with time but if you think about her later you'll feel that pain like you've lost something important no matter what some emotionally turned off people will tell you here. Make some quality time for yourself and feel sorry for yourself and then move on.

There's a differnece between oneitis and actually loving a person and have trouble forgetting them. The first one is easily cured by meeting more women, but the latter aint'.

When you really meet a person who fit you perfectly it's really hard to let them go, when you don't make them perfect in your head but they are close to perfect in real life. They have a personality that fit yours, they have values that fit yours, they have the same outlook on life. They just make you feel ****ing awesome. And when that finally just end, it's hard just o let go and move on.

If you have a close relative which have died, you probably know the feeling you get when you think of them, it's the same with people you love and loose.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

There's your problem, you can't stand the thought of her with another guy. Basically, you're shooting yourself in the foot by thinking that. Whatever you do, keep your head up, and realize this: No matter WHAT guy she meets, there's only a 5% chance he'll be a better guy than you, especially if you're the awesome "DJ" that you are. Who knows, this chick might date a couple guys, realize how much all the other guys suck, and come crawling back. If you lost your power int he relationship, and she does come crawling back, well, you just got all that power back, and THEN some... cause now she owes you. ;) In the mean time, keep yourself occupied and Do NOT let your hopes up with thoughts that she may come back to you. Keep on truckin.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
