"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Any of you guys have advice about exes that want to get together every now and then? This girl and I, whom were good friends before for years, dated for about two years until we finally broke up (she left). Lately, she has been asking to hang out. We have a few times and the last time it almost seemed like she was sad to see me go. She's not given any indication she wants to get back together, though. I'm just having a hard time figuring out if she just wants to keep the old friendship going or is trying to rekindle the ol' flame.

Any pointers?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Don't worry about what she wants, what do you want out of it?

For me personally, I don't advise contacting an ex unless:

- She becomes a plate and is going to b@ng my brains out on my terms with no strings or BS attached

- We have a mutual issue to deal with like a child, a bill in both of our names, an important item left behind that needs returned to the other, etc.

- She defames my character in which I respond to her with a CEASE AND DESIST letter threatening to sue her azz

OP, if you want to be her friend because her company alone contributes to your life in a positive manor go for it. But my thought is why give her the joy of your time and friendship and company for nothing in return? She obviously had her chance and it didn't work out.

If you want to go the plate route talk to her, invite her over, and make your move right away and make your intentions known. If she doesn't want that, send her packing.

Don't get emotionally attached -- you will get hurt. Also, PIITB.

Just like the others said. Nothing hurts in getting back with her for a week or two to see if she is going to throw you some pvssy, if not then forget her and just keep on moving on, with her just a memory in the past. If you get some @ss, good for you, if not then you can't say you didn't give it a try. Just don't get to the point where you waste time on her, cut her off quick and move on. Sounds harsh, but life is as such.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Try this, its easy.....

Wow, really have we gotten to this, Cant believe this is your problem.....Its simple really, consists of two things but gotta do it right and in the right order... Listen carful and follow my instructions. This will work every time if done well and maybe its something you can use in many situations in the future. Its one of those things if conducted properly that not only will get your answer but will continue to get answers for you time and time again.... Ready, turn off your computer, Meet face to face and ASK her. Using your mouth and a bit of air, words can come out fairly easily and make sentences. Its crazy I know but it works. Using this technique you should even get your answer with in a few seconds and mystery solved................. To make this easy to understand for you im gonna break it down to one word.... Talking!!!!! who would have thought, we used to use this technique a lot before computers and texting, Good luck
