"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

OK.....here's the story. I've been dating this girl from high school for 7 months, I was her friend all through high school and we kinda were off and on, she dated around and it failed, I was always there for her to put her shoulder on. Her name is Kayla. I dated one of her previous friends through high school for 2.5 years. When college came I was on my own and had broken up with my HS gf. I found out that kayla was pregnant and the father left, so we hung out during this time and I was there for her pregnancy, once she had the child we started dating again. Everything was great, I was there taking care of the child during the summer with her and it was good because I loved her, but the child was ****ing annoying, but I still kept going. She even said she wanted to spend the rest of her life with me, so I had to ponder that as well. We got in quite a few fights, but got back together most of the time. We recently "went on a break" about 2 weeks ago...this is where the hell begins. During the first week I did the weak thing, texted her, tried to call her. She said she "needed time" and I needed to be "patient". I will admit I did cry in front of her, not knowing how to handle the situation. This last weekend she said she missed me on text but when I said "ok..Ill come over" she still refused to see me. Now **** has hit the ****ing fan, she said "she ****ing hates me" on text today and said she hopes I have a terrible week. Within 2 days she went from "missing me" to "****ing hating me". Can I have a little advice? What the **** is going on in her head? Today I cut off every kind of communication with her because im sick and tired of hearing her immature bull****. I've started to move on and not worry about it, but in the back of my mind I still wanna make it work, any advice?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I find it hard to believe that sh1t like this still happen, You've failed man and unfortunately it would never "WORK" between U & her. You're her emotional pad, baby sitter, and substitute lover. My advise to you is to aviod this girl like a plaque and start a completely new life without her.
Hollywood and the womanize society completely destroyed you. Please do yourself a favor and read the DJ bible to develop a strong inner game. If what you wrote here is a joke, please STOP IT!

First advice is assume nothing. Nobody here can tell you what shes thinking. She sees you as being powerless and weak and its best that you move an and Learn from this situation so you don't make the same mistakes the next time.

Pain is sometimes the only way to grow.

Forget what the little desire-devil in the back of your mind wants. Making it work is out of the question, you've already showed her that you are too desperate.

Go and ask other women out on dates. Go on the dates with them. Push this girl out of the picture and she may come back to you once she realizes what shes lost. You need to get out there and see other people.

I agree with Charm. I find that rejection/pain is often the quickest and truest way to see if you're on the right track (unfortunately). Fall back, regroup, persue other chicks. She might come back, but if not, who cares you're busy with other hot chicks.

You are falling for a hor who just had a baby from a pimp and you are now her husband and father?? HUH???? Don't get mad "why you calling my girl a hor?" Because she is and you are her fool -- you are too emotionally involved!!!!! She is not your wife - and you are not her daddy - so why do you feel obligated to take care of her and someone else's baby?? Get out now before you ruin your life!!!!!!!

Did she just find out that you were sexing someone else?? So she is pissed? Or maybe she just found out that she is pregnant again!! Go on the maury show and get a DNA test to see who is the baby's daddy!!! Or maybe that message wasn't from her -- someone else could have had her phone and texted you!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Holy christ, did you ever buy into the "love conquers all" idea!

Just to help you avoid repeating the same mess again, I'll point out your mistakes:

I was always there for her to put her shoulder on.
You became her emotional tampon. You were sucking up all her bloody problems while she was banging some other guy. Listening to her problems is not your job. That's what she has girlfriends for.

I found out that kayla was pregnant and the father left, so we hung out during this time and I was there for her pregnancy, once she had the child we started dating again.
You are not Captain Save-a-ho. The only person who can save this woman is herself, and that goes for ALL women. You rewarded her stupidity of getting pregnant by a sperm donor, and you tried to finish a project that someone else started. Why did she deserve to be rewarded for not choosing a good man to father her children?

Everything was great, I was there taking care of the child during the summer with her and it was good because I loved her, but the child was ****ing annoying, but I still kept going.
Taking care of a child that isn't yours to prove your love is a foolish thing to do. There is NO ACTION that proves love. It either exists, or it doesn't.

She even said she wanted to spend the rest of her life with me, so I had to ponder that as well.
Women say 5hit like that to make you feel good. It doesn't necessarily mean anything.

We recently "went on a break" about 2 weeks ago...
And I can guess that this "break" was her idea.

She said she "needed time" and I needed to be "patient".
If you need a translation for this, it means that she doesn't find you attractive. She might give you a hug if she needs a babysitter, but she's interested in dating other men.

I will admit I did cry in front of her, not knowing how to handle the situation.
I don't fvcking blame you. After putting all that time and energy into the concept of "love conquers all" and finding out it's bull5hit, I'd cry too.

This last weekend she said she missed me on text but when I said "ok..Ill come over" she still refused to see me.
There's three ways this could be translated:

- She missed you as a friend
- She was trying to make you feel good
- She was actually missing you until you showed your desperation

Now **** has hit the ****ing fan, she said "she ****ing hates me" on text today and said she hopes I have a terrible week. Within 2 days she went from "missing me" to "****ing hating me". Can I have a little advice?
Yeah, be fvcking happy she doesn't want you in her or her child's life.

There are so many BETTER women out there without kids that you could be dating. Sometimes, you don't know what you had until it's gone, but then you find out what you had wasn't very good at all.

Chalk this one up to dating experience, and move on.
