"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

i Can do two-3 weeks absolutely no problems,
*i sleep better
* lose weight
*muscle mass up
* attract more women
* mental health excellent
*arthritis goes

but by 3 weeks im absolutely bored ****less........ the fck it attitude kicks in and i also forget all the negative effects it caused 2 weeks ago ie rose tinted glasses

Im 34 and everyone who lives in my area there life revolves around drinking all night every night
if i asked someone to do something different
youd think i walked in there nans house and ****t on her egyptian rug

so basically i go from 800 mates to 3 mates in the space of that time aswell, everyones mates through alcohol imho

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

OP I couldn't agree with you more. I haven't drank in 4-5 weeks simply because I have been too busy to find the time to do it. And I feel significantly better. I have gone this long before and found that when I do drink even for one night it will reset things and I'll go back to feeling 'not as good' again. I've never tried weed. I'm a cop so that's something I probably shouldn't wrestle with.
