Need to revamp forum style

Would it be possible to make the forums into a threaded discussion? It's too confusing the way it is now...the only way you can see who is repling to who is if they cute some text or address the person they are responding to.

I recommend checking out the forums on www.slashdot.org for a gret way to do a discussion threads. Here is a sample:

I don't see anything wrong with the way it is now. You pretty much know who is talking to who in almost every forum.
