look up tantric sex it can drastically help you. Just in short learn to control your breathing through inhaling and exhaling from the abdomen as opposed to the shallow breathing from the chest. In just my last few days i have noticed that not only I'm am able to hold back and control ejaculation, when i do release i noticed that my recovery period is very minimal almost non existent. It all comes down to learning to control you pc muscle( contracting and releasing the penis) and breathing properly during sex.

For example one technique i use when i feel like i'm about to bust is to slowly inhale and contract my pc muscle once i feel that the urge is gone i slowly release.
