"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

We broke up after a 4 year relationship that dragged me down in the 3 year because of the death of sister. I lost my centre and I became confused with my direction in life. We started fighting alot and I seen signs of her pushing away and been flakey so I ended it.
Besides the fact that we have amazing chemistry , sexual chemistry as well she is very smart , already a teachers assistant at her university and a hard worker.
After we broke up she begged but I didn't listen and ignored her plea for about a month , during this time I started working on my self to cure some insecurities and find my purpose in life.

After 2 months , she told me that she is dating a new guy , she is 21 and this new guys is 30 ; has his own house and everything. Anyways we kept talking and then I figured it's not healthy so I left her in NC for about 3 months. During that time I got a job that starts up at 50K and maxes out at 100k+.
I lost the depression weight I gained and started doing things I used to do again. Throughout all of this , she kept strong contact with my mother. She came over to my house to talk to my mom and I got a chance to speak with her , she insisted that we make time to talk about how things ended between us. I gave her my new number and told her i will let her know when im free. The following morning I woke up and she texted me " If we were to try again , what will be different. I terms of how you treat me "

I took this as a good sign and replied that this is an in person type of conversation and proceeded to set a date for this Friday night. I also know it's set up so that I confess my love for her and this would be AFC as fucvk. But at the same time I did do things that we outright uncalled for during the break up and now I see my part and her faults as well but I want to keep this date from going negative.

So my questions are
1) How do I go about this situation ?
2) Is the guy a rebound ?
3) Is she playing games since she posted on her Facebook pictures of her and this new guy and claiming he is the best thing to happen to her ?

Reasons why I'm trying to salvage this is because , everything between both of us is what I want in a relationship. But because of my AFC actions in the past I threw her into the arms of the new guy. I also slept with 4 different women and contemplated a relationship with one of them but I just didn't like the vibe I got from her.

Thank You.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Seems like she still digs you, give it another go if you want.

If you're the one who got dumped, never go back, you'll loose all power to her. She'll do it again. Get her out of your life ASAP, and never look back. You'll be a better person if you do. Good luck.

Don;t focus on negatives or this will go South.

You need to just say that:

1. You want a NEW relationship IF you were to take her back (power here bro)
2. That you BOTH need to make more of an effort to listen
3. That you still care about her but you aren't going to invest more time and emotion for the same ending so she has to be fully committed if she wants to try it.

Leave negatives- DONT get dragged into a relationship post Mortem.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
