“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Since I have started back lifting weights I have added the Whey Protein mix and supplements that's for sports use. I eat chicken baked almost everyday with whole grain pasta the kind that has omega-3 added plus eat whole grain or 15 grain breads. I drink iced tea as well.

I also get plenty of sleep around 8 to 10 hours.

Now what else can I eat to help me bulk up or just have the right foods in my tank before or after my workouts so I don't delay my progress?

Best meats for me to eat would be what?_____ Or give me a good food choice that won't cause fat gain but muscle gains.

Should I add a shake to keep my calories up if I don't feel like eating on certain days? Later I may start taking Creatine but just need some food ideas to help me along at this stage.

Thanks for any info.

all meat is good. try adding ground beef as another cheap source of whole food protein. buy lean or drain it, your choice. depending on your budget, there are a wide variety of options. salmon is my personal favorite, but the best tasting varieties get pricey.

shakes can be a good supplement once a day beyond pre/post-workout.

Ok thanks for the replies I forgot about salmon and ground beef or maybe ground round might work with less bad fat.

I drink my tea with very little sugar and with a straw it helps keep the stains away but I know what you mean tea does stain if one drank without a straw. (Other word I brew my own)

Thanks again guys.

emerging evidence suggests that saturated fat, while not something to load up on, is not something to eliminate either, especially for those who lift heavily. the key seems to be balancing your fats -- so getting enough omega-3s (which are harder to get now that most livestock is corn rather than grass fed) to balance out the saturated, mono- and polyunsaturated fats in our diet. so don't fear the fat, even saturated fat -- just balance it out with other fats. among other things, saturated fat is needed for the production of key hormones.

WBA describes draining fat from cheaper ground beef if you scroll down this thread:
