"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

...You know what, man? No one can actually *tell* you what it means to be a true DJ. It's just something that clicks after a while. Sort of like an enlightenment of sorts. Just go out in the field and put the theory to practice, and eventually you'll feel the click.

Answers aren't going to "smoothen your skills." If you read the bible and be your own person, then that's all that it takes. Picking up advice from others is sometimes helpful, but if you rely on other's suggestions your whole life, you're going to be living a big lie.

Go out in the field and start talking to women. This is the only way to find your own weaknesses and strengths. Watch others and pick out their weaknesses and strengths.

Someone giving you a tip on this board means very little. But if you go out there yourself and find out what you're lacking, not only will this help you out a lot more, but it will also show yourself you're independent. If you can solve your own problems, you can take almost anything life throws at you.
