“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

so i haven't posted in a while since i decided i wasn't gonna post until i`ve made some changes in my life and now i`m officially 4 months into the year and i am still the same person i am i`m not changing at all i know i`m the only one responsible for my growth but i cant seem to get started.earlier i decided i wanted to take a break from anything woman related and work on improving my body but i`m still skinny as f**k and still getting infatuated with ever attractive woman i meet............anyway what i`m really asking is has anyone here gone through **** like this and what did you do to really get started and make some serious changes in life.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Change takes time and consistency.

What can you do tomorrow to work on achieving both of the stated goals simultaneously? Think small, something sustainable.

All things done repeatedly are addictive. Doing nothing and being lazy is addictive, just like anything else done repeatedly. You change by starting doing something repeatedly, and it becomes addictive.

You definitely need to stop masturbating, I'm assuming that you are masturbating and it's a proper assumption, because masturbation makes you passive. You are thinking with your gut, and satisfying your needs, and brain is addicted to being satisfied to the point that it gets everything it desires, you have no need to improve anything. You get lust for a pretty girl, no problem, that desire is satisfied through your right hand. Nothing else needs to be done. What kind of change do you want to happen if you got everything going on for you?

We have a forum section, Health and Fitness, you figure out your fitness routine and diet plan. You sign up for 1 month of gym membership and you follow through with your routine. All the while improving on exercises you do, breaking that muscle down, and growing.

How do you get started? Is a question of how do you quit your addiction to your current boring looser life style. Through doing repeatedly something else - in your case it's nofap, gym, diet.
