What do you convo about to head towards asking for meetup? Is there a way to get her to come over or do i have to meet her in person first? Whats the best way to go about it??

Talk about her, before asking to meetup ask about her work and when she works. From there something like, we should dinner or catch a movie *insert her day/time off here* all in the same conversation. What I do and it works great. GL man.
