Im looking to buy some intellectual property, related to a vdieo game. The seller send me messages saying the price, and i agreed. I am about to send him money to the email address listed in his bio. I am just curious, what are the rules if i do not not receive this piece of intellectual property? I am very unfamiliar with Paypal.

I know you guys could help thanks
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
