"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hey, I got some Body Fortress Super Creatine High Performance Muscle Mass and Strength Fuel.

Looks like it isn't just creatine, but a whole lot of other stuff. On the back it says:

Calories 150
Carbs 32 g
Sugars 32 g
Phosphorus (as Magnesium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate and Sodium Phosphate) 180 mg
Magnesium 65 g
Sodium 95 mg
Potassium 90 mg
Creatine Monohydrate 5.25 g
Taurin 1 g

But, I want to load on creatine. I've read that you need to space out 25g of creatine to load on it. The problem is that it has a lot of this other junk in it (thought I was buying just creatine).

Is it safe if I take 5 scoops of this a day (for five days)? I will be getting 25 g of creatine for my load but a lot of calories, carbs, potassium, etc.

Any thoughts?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

You're fine. Space it out 5x per day for the 5 days, then take one scoop after that. You dont have to worry about the other stuff in there. I think you meant 65mg of magnesium too right?

You are going to get some sugar load though for the 5 days because of the 32g in there. You'll be putting down 160g of carbs in the form of sugar, and isn't your best bet, but again you are only doing it for 5 days.

The reason the dextrose is in there (I am going off what I know that its dextrose even though you didnt list the source...could be wrong) is to shuttle the creatine into the muscles. That's the ONLY reason they use sugar, as a transport mechanism. In your newer creatine products, this is not necessary as much as your plain creatine.

Super! Next time I load on creatine I will be sure to buy 100% creatine.

After my 5 day period is over should I take just two scoops per day? The instructions on the back say I should take one scoop an hour before workout, and one more an hour after. I assume these instructions are to be ignored for someone who knows what they are doing.
