Need help transitioning into comfort stage

I been talking to this hired gun for a couple months and everytime I walk in she starts busting my balls and we banter back and forth all the while three or four of her orbiters is standing around with their mouths open. Anyway I cant seem to get over to the comfort stage. Any advice?

Not sure what you mean by hired gun, but...

Have a day where you don't talk to her. I.e. pull back. Just say "I can't talk right now" and be preoccupied. Otherwise she'll get used to the same old thing everyday and consider you predictable.

AND/OR

At some point say to her, "You've been wayyy flirty lately. I better stay away for a bit." Have a sly grin on your face so you're not sounding accusatory.

Hired gun is a name that some pua people use for a chick hired for their looks.
