So today I found out my ex is talkin to her coworker which is one of reasons I broke up with her. I want to text her, basically affirming my suspicions. Tellin her off, etc. my emotions are all over the place. I've been ghost since Sunday.

DO NOT TEXT HER! I REPEAT DO NOT! Simply drop her and do your best at finding something to keep your mind from wondering. It's hard but thats the best thing to do. Go out with friends, pick up woman whatever. By not contacting her, you are driving her crazy because that is what she is expecting especially if she is does not know why things ended. Charge her to experience and move on. There is no point in life in being vengeful and even emotional (thats the womans job) as you have nothing to gain from it and more to lose.
