“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Today was my first day back in high school, I'm a junior.

Today there was a girl, extremely attractive and popular senior. Who whenever I passed her in the hall would stare at me as she approached. I held her stare the entire time and she would smile or say what's up as she passed me. This happened around three times at different points throughout the day. Now I've never really talked to her a whole lot, but we both know who each other are, etcetera. At the end of the day we passed again and the same thing but this time I told her that her shirt looked great on her. (Everyone knows how hard girls try to look good on the first day so I figured it was a good idea).

She strikes me as being an alpha female. Does that seem right? Where do I go from here?

First impressions are insanely important, and from the looks of things you did fine with her. You didn't do anything amazing or ballsy, but you didn't do anything too horrible either. That said, I'd save the compliments for when she's dressing up for you. If she's as attractive as you say she is, she was without a doubt getting compliments left and right all day from everyone else. You don't need to be another face and voice in the crowd by being one of them.

With that said, always remember girls don't dress up for guys. They're just trying to one-up every other girl. Now, what do you need to do? Make a move! Talk to her, ask her out, just do something! You say you barely even talk to her, but you both know who each other are. Its good to keep some mystery, but you need to take action. You can't expect her to - unless of course she really is an "Alpha Female", which I doubt she truly is.

You say she's always making eye contact with you, and you hold it. Eye contact is her signal to you that she wants to be approached. However, don't confuse a glance or a second look for actual intended eye contact.

When that happens to me, I approach them.
First sign:

Held eye contact,

Second Sign:

Smiles whilst holding eye contact:

Third: You approach by saying "Hey."

You then continue the conversation etc.

You even said yourself, she's popular and attractive. She most likely gets compliments a lot. That compliment was a bad move in my opinion, should of been a "Neg Hit" if you really wanted to compliment her. It's not that big of a deal since it happened only once, just don't do direct compliments like that.

Neg hit example: "That shirt would look better on you if it was "X" color."

She's not an alpha female, she is a typical feminine girl.

Solution to this: Approach her the next time you guys walk passed each other in the hallway and turn in her direction. Maybe touch her shoulder and greet her with "Hey" and then strike up a conversation. You can ask what class she has next and branch out from there.
EDIT: I just did this the other day, If there's a big crowd walking in your direction, you can grab her bicep area of her arm(or even waist) and guide her toward a direction where there is less traffic. Which is great for kino and dominance/leading.

Key points to remember: the Art of Conversation, casual Kino, eye contact when talking, not being too available or come off as needy.

Tip: Personally, after i approach, i would take a different route every now and then(Especially since you said you see her like 3 times a day). Just to increase the "Not always there"(Mystery) factor and have her think about you when you're not there saying "Hey" and or walking her halfway to her class etc.

Thank you Frazer and eph for the great replies! I agree with you Frazer that the straightforward compliment was probably not a good move. I even thought of it right after then back to what I read on here and seeing how that would make me just blend in with the other guys. But being a new and young DJ mistakes will be made, so I'm not going to waste time worrying about it.

Moving forward I am going to try striking up conversation in the hall as you said just fall in step with her and such. However I am going to have to make the conversation quick and memorable in some way because my school is not very large thus moving between classes leaves very small windows of opportunity. My idea is as Frazer said get her attention with kino on the shoulder or forearm however I am going to need a quick topic of conversation that I can hopefully turn into something funny before I leave her. Any ideas?

I'd probably let her start the kino, but in this case you should be fine starting it. Like Frayzer said, if you can't think of anything just ask her what class she has and branch off from there. If you want to make her laugh, try to think of something witty (and maybe a bit stereotypical, sexist, etc if your school is anything like mine) regarding the class she says she has.

For example, if she says home ec, you could say something like "so pretty and can cook. You don't see that too much anymore". Just an example.

If only I knew back in high school what I know now...

Anyway, school is a bit of a different beast because you tend to see the same people every day, meaning other people can be nosy and get into your business. If anything, your goals should be to (a) talk to her when you're both alone; (b) ask for her number, and (c) ask her out.

(a) talk to her when you're both alone

If you see her at her locker by herself, or if you two happen to be walking in a similar direction (like to a classroom or the lunch room), strike up a conversation. The goal is not to be too serious, but to simply appear like a fun dude who can make her laugh. That's it - and I don't mean purposefully telling funny jokes like a comedian, but just saying stuff that's lighthearted enough to make her chuckle - if she likes you, you won't have to say too much to make her laugh.

(b) ask for her phone number

It's the easiest, low-pressured way to find out how interested a girl is. Because, believe it or not, a girl does not give her number out to every guy that asks for it - it's usually reserved for the ones she's interested in. So, you're talking, laughing, and just as you're about to break away from her (and yes, you want to wait until you're about to STOP talking to her), just say this: "Well, it was nice talking to you. Hey, let me get your phone number!" Don't ask, don't beg, TELL her to give you the number. If you keep it within the natural flow of conversation, you won't appear nervouse and she won't even think twice about giving it to you.

Very important: once you get the number, DO NOT TEXT HER OR CALL HER RIGHT AWAY. Sit on the number for a few days and let her wonder WHEN you're going to call her. The hotter the girl is, the better this works at making her curious about you and building up her interest.

(c) ask her out

After waiting a few days (minimum should be 4 in my opinion - after all, you're still going to run into her at school, though you should avoid her as much as possible), call her up - read: CALL, do not text - and ask her out. Don't stay on the phone for long - a simple "Hey so and so, this is jgfisherrr" followed by 1 min of small talk, and then: "so, I was going to go see this movie and was hoping i could take you with me." Or some other activity - it doesn't really matter per se what it is, so long as you put it out there.

Once you've asked for the date, SHUT UP. Don't keep talking, or trying to give her reasons why she should say yes. A confident guy doesn't do that - a confident guy asks for the date expecting to get a "yes." So, you ask, you shut up, and see what she says.

If she says something akin to a "yes" - "oh, that sounds great" or "sure, what time?" - it means she's interested in you. If she says anything else that doesn't sound like a positive answer - "Oh wait, is this supposed to be a date?", "oh, I can't, I'm really sorry" (with no explanation or counter-offer for a different day and time) - it's a woman's way of saying "no" without being direct or hurting your feelings.

In either case, you won't know if she likes you until yo do these three things. So, get them done so you can stop WONDERING what her interest is and actually KNOW it. Hope this helps! (Oh, and check out the link below to hear my dating advice podcast!)

Thanks for all the advice but as it turns out this girl has a boyfriend she's been dating for a year and a half... I did get the number though but I figure I should just drop it before I get too involved. What do you guys think?

Don't freak, I don't know what you said but I would of said something along the lines of :"*chuckle* I get that a lot but I just wanted to get to know you better and see where that went. But now that i know that option is off the table right now, if you have any cute friends make sure to introduce me." With a smile/grin on your face.
Keep her around and treat her like a sister/guy friend. Meaning use kino, tease, basically do whatever the DJ Bible says you should be doing to ALL women.

I'm not saying "steal" her away, because that is very unmanly in my opinion. But I am saying put yourself in a place from which she'll subconsciously grow attraction for you and eventually she will end up introducing some of her friends to you. All girls have at least ONE cute/gorgeous friend.

Regardless if she's taken, she's popular and attractive according to you. That is very good social value.

You're an upcoming man and Don Juan, not some beta boy f*g. Proceed with confidence, as well as interact with people.
