I need some wise words from you guys about my current situation.

So there is this one girl that I am starting to like but she is right in the inner circle of my friends (also my friend for a long time). She also is sort of dating with one guy, but at the same time I know that she is in to me.

Respect your friend. Men deal with loyalty and respect. Women have literally no concept of either of these virtues, and are therefore never worth it.
