Need advide on how to procede

Prelude: Matched with this girl on tinder, we was a few messages, switch to whatsapp, set up a date.
The date went pretty fine, we went to a brewery/bar in. I kept my mouth shut and let her do 80% of the talking. I did not kiss her but there was kino and some overt touching of her forearm.

The problem: I seem to have messed up texting with her after the date and unintentionally insulted her twice. I seem to have changed her interest level from high to sour. Alto she did agree on a second date I don't think she's feeling it anymore.

How do I proceed? The last text was from last night. First text is from right after the date

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Do I acknowledge my mistakes and apologize? I was unintentionally.
I was planning on texting her Monday so a few days pass and then bring up the second date.
What do you guys advise?

Slow it down. Not everything has to go as far as ‘’overt touching on the forearm’’ on the first date.

Come on bro. First date, no kiss? Pretty much 90% over. Your text after the date should have been ‘Hi, I’m going to xyz and would like you to join. Can you make it?’ You got 10 texts going back and forth before asking her everything except out. You cant raise interest level on a screen, it has to be face to face, body contact.

Disappear for a week and then ask her again. If she says no, bye bye.

For those that care, she initiated contact this morning and we set up a date for Wednesday.
