Don Juan
I'm trying to loose weight and was wondering if I should be drinking protien shakes, if so which would be the best ? I've heard whey, but I don't know. Also, is it better to eat carbs before or after a workout?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

i googled it to verify what you are saying and it says it is actuly turned in to carbohydrate not glycogen, it takes further time for carbs to be turned in to glycogen meaning it is not very usefull.Originally posted by Lifeforce
Excess protein is broken down in the liver and turned into glycose. During workouts I need the carbs, that's their role to give me more energy.

GLYCOSE not glycogen. The rate carbs are turned into glycose depends on what kind of sacharid they are. BTW, I'm eating them about an hour before the workout not during the actual workout.
