"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've been in a ltr for several years. A couple of months back I broke it off. Long story short, I'm not sexually attracted to her any more. I do have very stong feelings but I don't want to have secks with her.

Other than this the relationship is amazing. She is a good women, she respects me, we are great together, we are like best friends but that's where the problem is. We are just like best friends. So my question is, should I be putting so much emphasis on secks or should I be happy with the way things are and make a go of it. Right now I want to try and see if we can work it out.

We still live together at the moment whilst we sort out finances etc so its not exactly been a clean brake. I just feel like I'll regret it later but also if I go back nothing will change.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I guess if you can't live without the S** and it means that much to you, you should move on.

Know a few couples where s** is not the priority so not a problem.

I know for me S** has played a big part in the relationship and will in any in the future.

How does the "ex" feel about this?

I've not exactly said this is the reason. She knows my drive is higher and we did have a convo bout it in the of the beginning of the year where I said it was important to me but I never said I wasn't attracted to her any more. That would crush her.

Thing is it is important to me and I would have to sacrifice this if I was to go back but she doesn't test me, or I pass em when she does. I get my space, I got lots of comfort and compassion. She pretty much worships me, too much if anything. She's just not a secksual being and I am.

May be its my fault, I have failed to make her as secksual as me!

I just did this. Move on. There are many many other women out there for you.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
